Application Process

    CV & Intro Call

    After CV review, a 30-minute introductory call (HR)

    Technical Interview

    60-90 minutes of technical deep-dive with the team lead + live coding (if needed)

    Case / Take-home

    A small 3-5 hour task or assessment depending on the role

  4. 4

    Leadership & Culture

    45-minute values and culture fit interview with a C-level executive

  5. 5

    Offer

    We share our offer within 24-48 hours. We allow time for negotiation and response.
